Taco Burgers Recipe

Ingredients

| 2 medium-size tomatoes, sliced | ||
| 1 large ripe avocado, pitted, peeled, sliced, and tossed with 2 teaspoons lemon juice | ||
| Lean ground beef | 1 pound | |
| Onion | 1 Small, chopped | |
| 1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs | ||
| Egg | 1 , beaten | |
| Worcestershire | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Green chiles | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Ground cumin | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| 6 com tortillas | ||
| Prepared taco sauce | ||
Directions
Place beans in a pan and heat through; keep warm.
Place tomatoes and avocado in separate dishes.
In a bowl, combine beef, onion, bread crumbs, egg, worcestershire, chiles, and cumin mix well, then shape into 6 rectangular patties, each about 3/8 inch thick.
Place patties on a lightly greased grill 4 to 6 inches above a solid bed of hot coals.
Cook, turning once, until browned and done to your liking; cut to test (4 to 6 minutes for medium-rare).
