Taco Burgers Recipe

Ingredients
1 can (about 1 lb.) refried beans
2 medium-size tomatoes, sliced
1 large ripe avocado, pitted, peeled, sliced, and tossed with 2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 pound lean ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon Worcestershire
1/3 cup diced green chiles
3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
6 com tortillas
Prepared taco sauce
Directions
Place beans in a pan and heat through; keep warm.
Place tomatoes and avocado in separate dishes.
In a bowl, combine beef, onion, bread crumbs, egg, worcestershire, chiles, and cumin mix well, then shape into 6 rectangular patties, each about 3/8 inch thick.
Place patties on a lightly greased grill 4 to 6 inches above a solid bed of hot coals.
Cook, turning once, until browned and done to your liking; cut to test (4 to 6 minutes for medium-rare).
