Taco Burger Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 1 pound | |
| Corn chips | 1 Cup (16 tbs), crushed | |
| Chili Sauce | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 5 hamburger rolls, split | ||
| 5 slices American or Cheddar cheese | ||
| Tomato, chopped | ||
Directions
Combine meat, chips and chili sauce; mix well and shape into 5 patties.
Broil 4 to 5 minutes on each side, or to desired doneness.
Top each patty with a slice of cheese; place under broiler long enough to melt slightly.
Place tomatoes and avocado on bottom half of bun, top with patty and top half of bun.
Makes 5 servings.
