Taco Bake Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 2 Pound | |
| Onion | 1 Small, finely chopped | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), chopped | |
| 3 - 8 Oz. Cans Tomato Sauce | ||
| Water | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Olives | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Chili powder | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cheddar Cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |

Directions
In small amount of oil, brown ground beef, onion and garlic; drain off fat and add tomato sauce, water, olives, flour, vinegar and chili powder.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Butter an oblong baking dish and layer meat sauce and taco shells, beginning and ending with the meat sauce.
Sprinkle grated cheese over top and bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes and serve.
