TACCHINO AL FORNO Recipe Video
Turkey cooked in oven is one of the easiest recipe.
Ingredients
* TURKEY – 2 kl.
* WHITE WINE – 150ml
* POWDER MIX FOR ROASTING – 1 tsp.
* GARLIC POWDER – 1 tsp.
* BLACK PEPPER POWDER – 1 tsp.
* MIX GROUND PEPPER SEEDS – 1/2 tsp.
* SALT – 3 tsp.
* FRESH ROSEMARY
Directions
Place the turkey in a baking tray (sheet pan), add all the ingredients, marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven 180 degree C. Cook each side at least 40 minutes, remove from the oven once ready, slice and serve.
