1 pkg Tabouli
8-oz can (240 ml) tomato sauce
1/2 cup (120 ml) parsley, chopped
1/4 cup (60 ml) black olives, chopped
4 large red or green bell peppers olive rounds, for garnish
Directions
Prepare tabouli according to package directions, omitting tomatoes.
After liquids have been absorbed, add tomato sauce, parsley and chopped olives.
Cut peppers in half vertically, removing seeds but leaving stems intact.
Steam, open side down, for 5 minutes.
Stuff peppers with tabouli.
Garnish with olive rounds.
Place in a large baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes.
