Ingredients

 Cracked wheat2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salad oil3 Tablespoon
 1 T. garlic vinegar
 Cucumbers3 , peeled
 Green onions8 Bunch (100gm)
 Fresh tomatoes to taste (chopped)
 Juice and pulp of 1 or 2 lemons
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Let wheat soak in water four hours.
After washing well, drain wheat through tea towel, as dry as possible.
Combine all ingredients.
Let stand, covered, in refrigerator for at least a day so flavors can blend.
