Ingredients
| Near east taboule mix | 5 1⁄4 Ounce | |
| Olive oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon, freshly squeezed | |
| Tomato | 1 Large, chopped finely | |
| Italian parsley | 1 Bunch (100 gm), chopped finely | |
| Garlic clove | 1 Large, mince | |
| Chopped scallions | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Hot water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon (to taste) |

Directions
1.In a large bowl, pour in the hot water.
2.Add the Near East Taboule Mix to the hot water. Mix it up and let it soak. This will take 20 minutes.
3.Clean and chop the parsley really fine.
4.Chop the tomatoes, garlic, and scallions finely.
5.Juice the lemon.
6.Combine all ingredients together except the lemon juice, salt and olive oil.
7.Mix in the lemon juice, salt and olive oil together and pour on just before serving. Toss salad well before serving.
SERVING
8.Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator till serving.
NOTE
•The Near East Taboule Mix contains a spice pack and you can use that to flavor your dish.
•You can line your serving dish with grape leaves or romaine lettuce and then add the salad to the bowl.
