Ingredients

 Shrimps500 Gram
 Turmeric powder1 Teaspoon
 Chilli powder1 Teaspoon
 2 tbsp cumin seeds, dry roasted and coarsely pounded
 1 cup Navsari vinegar
 Sugar3 Tablespoon
 Salt To Taste
 Sesame seed oil3 Tablespoon
 Onions4 Large (Chop:)
 8-10 green chillies, seeded
 Coriander leaves2 Tablespoon (Chop:)
 Ginger1 Inch (Chop:)
 Garlic8 Clove (5gm) (Chop:)

Directions

Wash shrimps well and remove all other small fish that may be mixed with it.
Drain and dry.
Heat oil in a pan and fry onions till brown.
Add ginger, garlic, turmeric and chilli powder, cumin seeds, coriander and green chillies.
Saute for 1-2 minutes.
Add shrimps and fry over high heat for 3-4 minutes.
Add vinegar, salt and sugar.
Simmer for 4-6 minutes till liquid is almost dried.
Serve hot with rotli or hot toast.
This dish can be served at room temperature.
