Ingredients

 1 1/2 lbs. pork, cut in cubes
 Vinegar1/2 Teaspoon
 1/4 cap fat
 1/2 green pepper seeded and thinly sliced
 Water2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sauerkraut1 3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Tomato Paste2 Teaspoon
 Caraway seeds1 Teaspoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Stock1 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/4- cup cream

Directions

Rub meat with vinegar and let stand.
Melt fat and.brown meat on all sides add pepper and water and simmer for 45 minutes
Add sauerkraut, tomato paste, caraway seeds, arid salt if necessary mix well Cover and continue to simmer, add stock as gravy evaporates a little at a time.
When meat is tender, add cream.
Serve with boiled potatoes
