Chinese Szechuan Ginger-Garlic Pork Recipe Video

Ingredients

 
pork
 
carrot
 
red pepper
 
olive oil
 
celery

1/2 cup chicken broth
 
2 tbsp soy sauce
 
1 tbsp ginger
 
1 tbsp garlic
 
3 ground chili peppers
 
1 tbsp brown sugar
 
1 tbsp sauce thickener

Directions

Medium-high heat the skillet.
Add a bit of olive oil to the skillet.
Add pork, cook well for 10 minutes.
Add carrot, red pepper, celery, onion, mushrooms and broccoli.
Stir, reduce the heat.
Add chicken broth to the skillet.
Add soy sauce, ginger, garlic, chili peppers, brown sugar and sauce thickener.
Set the skillet aside.
Serve with Chinese noodles.
