Ingredients

 1 cup peeled shrimp chopped
 Ham1 Ounce, shredded
 Celery stick1 , chopped
 Ginger1 Teaspoon
 1/2 cup ground cooked pork
 Peanut oil2 Tablespoon
 Brandy2 Tablespoon
 Chili Sauce1/2 Teaspoon
 Tomato sauce1 Tablespoon
 Soy sauce1 Tablespoon
 Cornstarch1 Tablespoon
 Chicken stock1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/2 lb dried egg, or home-made, noodles
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Mix together the prawns (shrimp), ham, celery and pork.
Heat the oil, add the pork mixture and fry, stirring, for 3-4 minutes.
Add the ginger, finely chopped, the brandy, sauces, cornflour (cornstarch), stock and seasoning.
Cook for 7-8 minutes, stirring constantly.
Keep hot.
Cook noodles in boiling salted water until tender.
Drain and arrange on a serving plate; top with the sauce.
