| White sugar | 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
| Brown sugar | 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
| Roasted sesame seeds | 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Buttermilk | 41010 Cup (656160 tbs) | |
| Butter | 4 Tablespoon, melted | |
| Sesame oil | 1 Tablespoon |
Directions
Mix flour, baking powder, soda, salt, white and brown sugar, and sesame seeds in a large bowl.
Whisk egg with buttermilk, melted butter and sesame oil.
Make a well in dry ingredients and add liquid ingredients quickly.
Spoon batter into muffin tins and sprinkle tops with sesame seeds.
Bake until golden brown.
Bake at 400 degrees 15-20 minutes
