Ingredients

 Chicken stock1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Beef Stock1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Greens3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 green onions finely sliced or 1 small red onion, finely sliced
 Parsley1 Tablespoon, chopped
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

–  In a saucepan, bring chicken stock and beef stock to a boil. Add fiddlehead greens and green onions (or red onion). Season with salt and pepper and simmer for 10 minutes.
–  Adjust seasoning and sprinkle with parsley.
