Ingredients
| Chicken stock | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Beef Stock | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Greens | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 green onions finely sliced or 1 small red onion, finely sliced | ||
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
– In a saucepan, bring chicken stock and beef stock to a boil. Add fiddlehead greens and green onions (or red onion). Season with salt and pepper and simmer for 10 minutes.
