Sylvie's Awesome Organic Spaghetti Sauce Recipe
This is a very easy recipe to create. Basically you have your organic hamburger meat, add all of the organic vegetables that you desire to it, with your favorite natural tomato sauce. Place it in the oven and voila!

Ingredients
| 1 lb organic hamburger meat | ||
| 4 carrots,chopped to desired size | ||
| 1 red, 1 yellow and 1 orange pepper, cut into strips | ||
| White onion | 1 Large, sliced | |
| 4 green onions, chopped into small pieces | ||
| Garlic | 5 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| 4 celery branches, chopped into small pieces | ||
| 8 large mushrooms, chopped into small pieces | ||
| 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped into small pieces | ||
| 2 jars of organic tomato sauce or homemade tomato sauce (add more if you wish to the desired consistency) | ||
| Rosemary, oregano, thyme | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees farenheit.
-Place meat in large oven roaster adding a small amount of water, cover and place in the oven (approx.20 minutes)
-Meanwhile, prepare all of your vegetables.
-Make sure the meat is cooked, drain water, add vegetables, sauce, spices, parmesan cheese(optional).
-Cover and place in the oven 2 to 3 hours, no need to stir.
-When ready, serve on top of fresh noodles of your choice or spaghetti squash or steamed zucchini and sweet potato spirals...whatever you prefer.
