Ingredients

 
4 fresh or frozen swordfish steaks cut 1 inch thick (about 2 pounds)
 
2 tablespoons cooking oil
 
1/4 teaspoon salt
 
1/8 teaspoon pepper
 
1 recipe Red Pepper Sauce

Directions

Thaw fish, if frozen.
Brush both sides of fish steaks with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Lightly grease cooking grill.
Place fish on the cooking grill.
Grill 10 to 12 minutes or till fish flakes when tested with a fork, turning once halfway through grilling time.
Prepare Red Pepper Sauce; heat in saucepan.
Spoon over grilled fish.
