Swordfish Steaks Amandine Recipe

Ingredients
1/3 cup sliced almonds
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1 1-pound swordfish steak, 1/2 inch thick
1 tablespoon dry white wine
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Directions
1. In small bowl, combine almonds, butter or margarine, and paprika. Cook, uncovered, at high (100% power) 4 to 5 minutes until almonds are golden brown, stirring after 2 minutes, and every minute thereafter; set aside.
2. In 8" by 8" baking dish, place swordfish and sprinkle with wine and salt; cover dish with waxed paper. Cook at high 4 1/2 to 6 1/2 minutes until swordfish turns opaque and flakes easily when tested with a fork.
3. Remove swordfish to warm platter. Into almonds, stir parsley. Spoon over fish.
