Swiss Yodel Salad Recipe
Ingredients
1 small head crisp lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
1 bunch watercress, sprigs snipped in half
1/2 pound Swiss cheese, cut into thin strips
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons salad oil
1 tablespoon wine vinegar
Red onion rings
Directions
Wash greens; pat dry.
Mix greens and cheese.
Combine mayonnaise, mustard, paprika, salad oil, and vinegar.
Pour over salad and toss.
