1 1/2 to 2-pound round steak, 1 inch thick
 
1/4 cup flour
 
1 teaspoon salt
 
1/4 teaspoon pepper
 
2 tablespoons oil
 
2 medium onions, sliced
 
1/2 cup water
 
1/2 cup sour cream
 
2 tablespoons grated cheese
 
Paprika to taste

Directions
