Swiss Steak Recipe

Ingredients
1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper
11/2 lbs. round, or rump beef, 3/4 inch thick
3 tablespoons fat or drippings
1 1/2 cups canned tomatoes
3 medium onions, sliced
1 cup diced celery
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Directions
Combine flour, salt, and pepper.
Pound one half of the mixture into each side of the beef with meat tenderizer.
Cut beef into serving pieces.
Brown meat on both sides in melted fat in cooker; add remaining ingredients.
Pressure cook at 15 lbs.pressure 20 to 25 minutes.
Reduce pressure quickly.
If desired, simmer a few minutes uncovered to thicken sauce
