Swiss Roll: Recipe

Ingredients
6 oz. OURMIX,
pinch salt and
1/4-tspn. Bi-carb. Soda, dash of lemon juice and a cup of milk
Directions
Put 2 tblspns, golden syrup in hole in middle.
Mix together 2 tblspns, oil, 1 tblspn lemon juice and 1 cup milk.
Mix in well.
Bake at 400° F for 13—15 mins.
Turn out onto a damp cloth.
Spread with 3 tblspns, warmed jam and roll up quickly
