Swiss Oatmeal Recipe

Ingredients
| 1 cup regular oats, uncooked | ||
| Wheat germ | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Raw bran | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 cup unsalted sunflower seeds | ||
| Raisins | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dried apricots | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Slivered almonds | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), toasted | |
| Yogurt-Brown Sugar Topping | ||
| Ground cinnamon | ||
Directions
Combine first 4 ingredients, and spread in a jellyroll pan.
Bake at 350° for 10 minures, stirring occasionally.
Let cool completely.
Combine oar mixture, raisins, apricots, and almonds.
Store in an airtight container until ready to use.
To serve, place 1/2 cup oar mixture in individual bowls, and top with 1/4 cup Yogurt-Brown Sugar Topping.
Sprinkle each serving with ground cinnamon to garnish.
