Swiss Ham Salad Recipe

| Cooked ham | 3⁄4 Pound, cut in thick slices and diced | |

| Olive oil | 6 Tablespoon | |
| White wine vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Ground black pepper | To Taste | |
| Romaine lettuce/Curly endive | 1 (For Serving) | |
| Chopped parsley | 1 Teaspoon (For Garnishing) |

Directions
Make a dressing with the oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, pour over the ham and cheese and toss lightly.
Refrigerate and leave about 1 hour to marinate.
Arrange the lettuce in a salad bowl, pile the ham and cheese in the center and sprinkle with parsley or herbs.
