Swiss Fondue Recipe

Ingredients
| 1 lb. Swiss Emmentaler cheese | ||
| Flour | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Teaspoon, finley minced | |
| Curry powder | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1/2 cup green onions, tops too, finely minced | ||
| Dry white wine | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 loaves French bread (14") | ||
Directions
Force cheese through large holes of metal grater.
Mix with flour and set aside.
Melt butter in fondue pot over top flame.
Add onion and garlic.
Saute, stirring frequently, until onion is tender, but not brown.
Stir in curry powder.
Add wine and bring to boil.
Add cheese in handfuls, stirring well after each addition, until cheese is smooth.
Transfer fondue pot to table burner for serving.
Cut bread into chunks for guests to spear and dip in fondue.
