Swiss Fondue Recipe

Ingredients
Swiss cheese - 2 cups, coarsely grated
Flour - 2 tablespoons
Garlic - 1 clove
Dry white wine Salt - 1 cup
Dry mustard - 1 teaspoon
Worcestershire sauce - 1 teaspoon
A dash of nutmeg

Directions
GETTING READY
1) Grate cheese and toss with flour.
MAKING
2) Take a blazer pan and rub with cut clove of garlic.
3) Place the pan over hot water.
4) Pour in wine and heat to simmering (do not allow to boil).
5) Add only half cup of cheese at a time using a silver fork. Allow the cheese to melt completely each time before adding more.
6) Stir until mixture begins to bubble slightly.
7) Add salt and seasonings to taste.
SERVING
8) Serve over toast points or allow each guest to dunk the toast points in fondue with a fork.
