Swiss Eggs Recipe
Ingredients
6 eggs
1 cup grated cheese
1/2 cup cream
1 teaspoon finely chopped parsley
2 tablespoons butter
Directions
Break the eggs carefully into a buttered ovenproof dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cover with half the cheese.
Pour the cream on top and sprinkle with the remaining cheese and parsley.
Dot with butter and put into a moderately hot oven until the eggs are just set about 7 to 10 minutes.
