 Bread slice8
 Butter
 Prepared mustard
 Swiss Cheese slice4
 4 thin slices cooked ham

Directions

Cut the crusts from the bread and spread with butter.
Spread a little mustard on half the slices, put a slice of cheese and a slice of ham on top.
Cover with the remaining slices of bread and press down firmly.
Cut in half crossways and fry in hot butter, turning once.
