Swiss Chard With Balsamic Vinegar Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 bunch Swiss chard, trimmed, and cut in 2-inch pieces | ||
| 1/2 cup nonfat chicken broth | ||
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped | |
| 1 red or yellow bell pepper, chopped | ||
| 2 doves garlic, minced | ||
| Black pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Balsamic vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Place Swiss chard, chicken broth, onion, bell pepper, garlic, and black pepper in a large saucepan over medium heat and cook about 8 minutes or until greens are tender.
Add the balsamic vinegar and toss.
