1 bunch Swiss chard, trimmed, and cut in 2-inch pieces
1/2 cup nonfat chicken broth
1/2cup finely chopped onion
1 red or yellow bell pepper, chopped
2 doves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
