Swiss Brown Rice Recipe

Ingredients
2 tablespoons unrefined sesame oil
2 cups onions, sliced
3 stalks celery, sliced
1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup watercress or parsley, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
3 cups cooked brown rice
1 pound swiss cheese, coarsely grated
Garnish: chopped parsley or chopped watercress
Directions
Heat a large skillet.
Add oil and saute the onions, celery, mushrooms, and watercress or parsley.
Add garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and a little ginger to taste.
Layer the brown rice, vegetables, and grated swiss cheese in a shallow casserole.
Repeat layers.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350 Degree.
