Swiss Beer Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 1 | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm) | |
| Butter | 15 Gram | |
| Beer | 2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vinegar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Brown sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Bay leaf | 1 | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| black pepper | 1 | |
| Cinnamon | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Potato flour | 2 Tablespoon |
Directions
In the work bowl chop the onion and the garlic.
Saute them in a saucepan.
Add all the other ingredients except the potato flour.
Simmer for 15 minutes.
Pour into the work bowl and process for 5 seconds.
Strain through a fine sieve, back into the saucepan.
Mix the potato flour with a small quantity of water and thicken the sauce to the desired consistency.
