4 slices cheese
4 slices bread
1 large tomato
4 slices lean ham or other
Cold meat
Little margarine
Chutney
Directions
Toast the bread lightly, spread with a little margarine.
Put ham on each piece of toast, spreading it lightly with chutney.
Top with a cheese slice and a ring of tomato.
Put into a moderately hot oven (400° F.€” Gas Mark 5) for 10 minutes until cheese just starts to melt.
