Swiss Style Steak Recipe

Ingredients
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 medium onions, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 pounds beef top round steak
1 can (28 ounces) Italian-style tomatoes (undrained)
Directions
1. Combine oil and onion in a 3-quart glass casserole. Cook uncovered in microwave oven 3 minutes at High.
2. Preheat convection oven to 325°F.
3. Combine flour, salt, paprika and pepper. Cut round steak into serving pieces and coat with flour mixture. Put into casserole with onion. Break up tomatoes into chunks; add to casserole with liquid. Cover with an all-glass lid.
4. Place casserole on bottom metal rack. Cook in microwave/convection oven 70 to 75 minutes at Combination I, or until meat is tender; stir once.
