Swiss Steak With Vegetables Recipe

Swiss Steak With Vegetables is my family favorite recipe. This Swiss Steak With Vegetables is easy to prepare when compared with others.

Ingredients

 
1 1/2 pounds round steak, cut in serving portions
 
Salt and pepper
 
1/4 cup flour
 
2 tablespoons oil
 
4 carrots, cut in 2-inch pieces
 
4 medium potatoes, quartered
 
1 onion, sliced
 
1 can condensed onion soup
 
1/2 cup water
 
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Directions

Season steak with salt and pepper and dust with flour.
In a skillet, brown meat in oil on both sides.
Place vegetables in bottom of crock cooker with meat on top.
Mix soup and water and pour over meat.
Cover and cook at Low heat for 6 to 8 hours.
