Swiss Slaw Recipe

Ingredients
| Mayonnaise | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cider vinegar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Milk | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Caraway seeds | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1 8-ounce package sliced Swiss cheese | ||
| 1 4-ounce package sliced cooked ham | ||
| 3 medium-sized red or green peppers | ||
| 2 medium-sized carrots | ||
| Lettuce leaves | ||
Directions
1. Prepare dressing: In medium-sized bowl, stir first 7 ingredients until blended.
2. Cut cheese, ham, peppers, and carrots into matchstick-thin strips; add to dressing in bowl; with rubber spatula, toss gently to coat completely with dressing. If serving later, cover bowl and refrigerate.
