Swiss Scalloped Corn Recipe

Ingredients
3 slices bacon, diced
2 cans (17 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons flour
1 egg
1 can (5 1/3 oz.) evaporated milk
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted

Directions
In medium glass bowl, cook bacon at HIGH 2 to 3 minutes, or until crisp.
Drain all but 1 tablespoon fat.
Stir in corn, cheese, onion powder, pepper and flour blended with egg and milk.
Pour into a 2-quart glass ring mold.
Top with bread crumbs blended with butter and paprika.
Cook at MEDIUM 11 to 14 minutes or until set.
Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
