Swiss Melts Recipe
Ingredients
| Sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 envelopes (1/4 oz. ea.) instant onion soup | ||
| Whole wheat crackers | ||
| Swiss Cheese slice | 5 | |
Directions
Thoroughly combine sour cream and instant soup; spread 1/2 tablespoon on each cracker and top with cheese.
On paper plate or glass serving tray, arrange 1/3 crackers in circular pattern.
Heat at medium 1 to 2 minutes, or until cheese begins to melt.
