Swiss Fried Noodles Recipe
Ingredients
| Egg noodles package | 1 | |
| Boiling salted water | ||
| Butter | 5 Tablespoon | |
| 1/4 cup grated Sap Sago cheese | ||
Directions
Cook noodles in boiling salted water until tender; drain.
Melt 2 tablespoons of the butter in a frying pan.
Spread noodles evenly in pan and brown on one side.
Turn upside down onto a plate.
Melt the remaining butter and return noodles to brown the other side.
With a spatula slide noodles onto a chop plate and sprinkle with cheese.
Cut in wedges to serve.
