| White grape juice | 2 Cup (16 tbs), divided | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm) | |
| 4 cups shredded aged | ||
| Swiss cheese | ||
| Cornstarch | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper white | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1/4 teaspoon freshly | ||
| Grated nutmeg | ||
| French bread loaf | 1 | |
Directions
Heat 1 3/4 cups grape juice with garlic in top of double boiler until very hot.
Place over boiling water.
Remove garlic.
Add Swiss cheese; stir constantly until cheese is melted.
Combine cornstarch, salt, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and nutmeg with 1/4 cup grape juice; stir into cheese mixture.
Continue heating until smooth.
Each person dips chunks of French bread, speared on long forks, into cheese sauce, keeping the cheese sauce stirred
