Swiss Chicken Quiche Recipe

Ingredients
1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell, pricked
2 cups cubed cooked chicken or turkey
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Swiss cheese
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon Chicken-Flavor Instant Bouillon
1 cup Milk
3 eggs, well beaten
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped green bell pepper
2 tablespoons chopped pimiento
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Bake pastry shell 8 minutes; remove from oven.
Reduce oven temperature to 350"F.
In medium bowl, toss cheese with flour and bouillon; add all remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Pour into prepared pastry shell.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until set.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
Garnish as desired.
Refrigerate leftovers.
