Ingredients
| Shredded Swiss cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 4 slices dark rye bread | ||

Directions
Set oven control to broil.
Sprinkle 1/4 cup cheese evenly over each slice bread.
Sprinkle with pepper.
Broil bread with tops about 4 inches from heat 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Cut each slice bread into 4 triangles.
