Swiss Cheese Fondue Recipe
|Reduced calorie margarine||3 Tablespoon|
|All purpose flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Ground white pepper||1 Dash|
|Evaporated skimmed milk||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Shredded reduced fat swiss cheese||12 Ounce (3 Cups)|
|Dry white wine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Low sodium worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Hot sauce||1 Dash|
|French bread loaf||8 Ounce, cut into 1 inch cubes (1 Loaf)|
|Red delicious apples||4 Medium, cut into wedges|
|Granny smith apples||4 , cut into wedges|

Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly with a wire whisk.
Gradually add milk, stirring constantly.
Cook, stirring constantly, 12 to 14 minutes or until thickened and bubbly.
Add cheese and wine, stirring well.
Cook over low heat until cheese melts.
Add Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce, stirring occasionally.
Transfer cheese mixture to a fondue pot, and keep warm.
Serve with bread cubes and apple wedges.
