Mustard Flavored Swiss Cheese Fondue Recipe

| Shredded Swiss cheese | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |

| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| 3/4 cup dry white wine or chicken broth | ||
| Dijon Mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 loaf (1-pound size) French bread, cut into 1-inch cubes | ||
Directions
1. Toss cheese and cornstarch; reserve. Mix margarine and garlic in 2-quart casserole. Microwave uncovered on high 1 to 2 minutes or until garlic is soft.
2. Stir in wine. Microwave uncovered 2 to 4 minutes or until boiling.
3. Stir in mustard and cheese mixture. Microwave uncovered on medium (50%) 4 to 6 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes, until cheese is melted and smooth. Pour into earthenware fondue dish; keep warm over low heat. Spear bread cubes with fondue forks; dip and swirl in fondue with stirring motion.
