Swiss Cheese Fondue Recipe

Ingredients
4 cups (16 ounces) shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 clove garlic, cut in half
1 1/2 cups dry white wine
French bread cubes for dipping
Directions
1. Combine cheese, flour, salt, nutmeg and pepper. Set aside.
2. Rub cut sides of garlic over inside of a 2-quart glass casserole. Pour in wine. Heat in microwave oven until very hot (3 to 4 minutes at Medium-High). Add the cheese mixture; stir well.
3. Cook uncovered in microwave oven 5 to 7 minutes at Medium-High,
or until bubbly.
4. Stir fondue until smooth. Keep warm in a fondue pot.
