Swiss Chard With Black Bean Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), chopped | |
| Black bean paste | 4 Teaspoon | |
| Swiss chard | 1 pound | |
| Stock | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Cornstarch | 3/4 Teaspoon |
Directions
1. Heat oil in wok over high heat. Add garlic, stirring for 10 seconds. Add black bean paste and stir for another 15-20 seconds. Stir in Swiss chard and continue to cook for 1 minute.
