Swiss Apple Rings Recipe

Ingredients
3 Apples
3 Tbs. Flour
3 Eggs
1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 Cup Wirm Milk
1/2 Tsp. SaIt
1 Tsp. Sugar & Cinnamon Mix
Directions
Blend flour and milk in a bowl, sprinkle with salt, add baking powder & stir.
Add yolks of 3 eggs.
Beat egg whites stiff & add to first mixture.
Core 3 ripe apples through the cunter.
Slice into rings 1/4" thick.
Dip ring into batter until covered on both sides.
Fry In hot deep fat.
Remove and sprinkle with sugar-cinnamon.
