Sweetheart Beet Mold Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 small pkg. orange gelatin | ||
| Boiling water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 medium can shoestring beets, drained | ||
| 1 t. onion juice | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Cool.
Add remaining ingredients.
Fold in 1 pint sour cream.
Pour into a mold.
Note: This salad is a beautiful shade of deep pink.
