Sweet Corn Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 can cream-style corn | ||
| Butter | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Pepper red | 1/2 To taste, diced | |
| Green onion | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ground pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Curry powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a saucepan melt butter and stir in chopped onion. Saute until transparent.
2) Pour corn on it.
3) Stir in milk and pepper.
4) Bring to boil, turn down heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
5) Add diced red pepper and green onions. Stir and cook for 5 minutes.
SERVING
6) Serve hot.
