Sweet Sour Tuna Snack Recipe

| Tuna fish | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Mayonnaise | 2 3 Tablespoon | |
| Pineapple slice | 4 , drained | |
| 4 slices cheddar or swiss cheese | ||
Directions
Toast the bread on one side only arid lightly butter the untoasted side.
Drain and flake the tuna, and add enough mayonnaise to make it spread able.
Spread on the buttered side of the toast, cover with a slice of pineapple and top with a slice of cheese.
Put under a hot broiler until the cheese has melted.
