Sweet Potatoes In Apple Cups Recipe
Ingredients
4 sweet potatoes, cooked
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
4 red cooking apples
4 marshmallows
Directions
Mash potatoes; add butter, salt and sugar.
Scoop out insides of apples, leaving 1/2-inch shell.
Fill apple shells with mashed potatoes.
Place in baking dish.
Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes or until apples are tender.
Place marshmallows on top; return to oven.
Bake until brown.
