Directions

Place cooked potatoes and uncooked apples in baking dish. Combine sugar, cornstarch, and salt in a saucepan. Add water and cook over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in butter and lemon juice. Pour over sweet potatoes and apples. Bake 1 hour.
