Sweet Potato Souffle Topping Recipe
This sweet potato souffle topping is specially prepared for baked sweet potatoes souffle. Made with melted butter, cornflakes and pecan nuts with added sugar, the sweet potato souffle topping can be used for any other bake of choice too.
Ingredients
| Crushed cornflakes | 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) | |
| Pecans | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Brown sugar | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Butter stick | 3⁄4 |
Directions
Melt butter and combine with crushed cornflakes, nuts and brown sugar.
Spread evenly over sweet potatoes and return to oven for an additional 10 minutes at 400°.
